President and Managing Broker
As President and Managing Broker of American Commercial Real Estate (ACRE), Adam specializes in investment real estate, acquisition and disposition, leasing and sales of commercial property, ground-up development, and property management. Adam has been an investor/buyer of several industrial, retail, multi-family, and hospitality properties in Wisconsin.
Prior to co-founding American Commercial Real Estate, Adam was Senior Vice President of Anderson Commercial Group in Milwaukee. Adam brings over 15 years of commercial real estate experience to ACRE and has been working in the industry his entire career. Adam holds a degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee.
Adam’s personal interests include hanging out with his dogs Nash and Reagan, spending time up north, traveling, golfing, hunting, fishing, and politics. Adam was a member of the West Bend City Council for six years and he enjoys being involved in, and giving back to the community.

Jo Sadownikow
Partner / Property Manager
Jo and Adam have worked together in Real Estate for 15+ years. Jo’s expertise includes managing, leasing, and selling commercial and industrial properties. Jo is excited about the additional area of expertise American Commercial Real Estate brings to the family of American Companies.
Prior to co-founding ACRE, Jo oversaw all aspects of administrative responsibilities at American Companies. She is also involved in the development and investment side of the organization. Jo brings over 18 years of commercial real estate experience to ACRE. Jo has been involved with American Companies since 2000 and has been a licensed real estate broker since 2001.
In addition to her work at American Companies, Jo has 20+ years of experience in property management. She has specialized in managing Commercial, Office, Retail, and Industrial properties in Southeastern Wisconsin. Prior to Jo’s experience in real estate, her background was in mortgage banking.
Jo’s personal interests include spending time with her husband & four daughters, hiking in the mountains, attending local sporting events, reading, and politics.

Emily Mohl
Operations Administrator
A few words that Emily’s co-workers use to describe her: approachable, humble, even-temperament, productive and efficient. Emily has taken the skills she learned in her previous roles with a law firm and in banking to keep the office running smoothly and on track. A proud UW-Platteville alumna, Emily earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with an emphasis in management and a minor in psychology.
Emily is married with two daughters, and enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, attending music concerts, and outdoor adventures like camping, four-wheeling, and rock climbing.
Christa Weindorf
Administrative Assistant
Christa became part of the American Companies family in January 2021. She brings experience of over 10 years in retail banking and management to the team and applies those skills to her current position as Administrative Assistant. She always greets everyone with a smile, and her can-do attitude helps multiple departments run smoothly. As a graduate of both the West Bend Area Chamber Leadership Program and the West Bend Police Department Citizens Academy Program, Christa recognizes the importance of being involved in the community. She volunteers through 4-H and helps out at many community events.
Christa, her husband, and her daughter enjoy spending time playing outdoors with their dog Bear. In her spare time, she loves gardening (starting many plants from seed), canning, fishing, drawing, and spending time with her family.
Michael Ingles
Carpenter
Mike’s focus as a site technician is all things carpentry. He’s been doing it his entire life; first with his own business and now with American Companies. Even with his many years of experience in the trades, Mike says he never stops learning.
When outside of work, Mike is happiest on a boat, preferably reeling in a monster walleye.
Danny Zagorski
Carpenter
Danny brings with him 5 years in the construction industry. He has worked in many different roles in from operations to managing. His entrepreneurial spirit always has him thinking of how he can build something bigger and better. His journey brought him to American Companies as a Carpenter, and Danny looks forward to playing an integral part of our projects as well as giving valuable input where needed. He enjoys the everyday pace of working outdoors and on jobsites and thrives to overcome obstacles.
Danny and his wife have one son and two grandkids, and love spending time with them at their lake home in the Dells. They enjoy boating, tubing, wakeboarding, and water skiing on Lake Delton. Danny is a self-proclaimed pool shark, likes bowling, and is a classic car enthusiast.
Brian Koehler
Carpenter, OSHA-10
Brian is a born and raised West Bender, having graduated from West Bend East in 1981. He started his career out by building pole barns, then moved to Tennessee to expand to commercial roofing and house building.
Brian felt a calling to serve his country in the Army Reserves for 8 years and fought in Desert Storm for two years. After returning to civilian living, he found himself moving a few times in the Southern US. He moved back to Wisconsin recently to help his aging parents, and now is a part of American Companies, assisting with finish carpentry on projects.
